MIGRASI PERNIKAHAN: WACANA DAN PENGALAMAN KAWIN CAMPUR PEREMPUAN INDONESIA DI BELANDA
Abstract
Based on a literature review and in-depth interviews, this paper examines the marriage migration in the case of Indonesian woman who married to Dutch man. At least there are three arenas that structure this practice: the discourse of the colonial/postcolonial, marriage law, and migration policy. This paper underscores the importance of agency that affecting the different experiences of each individual in the marriage migration practice.
