Jurnal Kajian Wilayah https://jkw.psdr.lipindonesia.com/index.php/jkw <p><strong>Jurnal Kajian Wilayah (JKW)</strong> is an authoritative source of information and discussion on area studies, particularly Southeast Asian studies, Asia Pacific studies, as well as European and African studies. It publishes original research papers, review articles, book reviews and research summary on various perspectives and disciplines (history, anthropology, sociology, literature, politics, international relation, economics, philosophy and religion). JKW is an open access and peer reviewed journal published by Research Center for Regional Resources, the Indonesian Institute of Sciences, twice in a year (July and December).</p><p> </p> en-US <p><strong>Retained Rights/Terms and Conditions of Publication</strong></p><p><strong>1. Author Online Use</strong></p><ul><li>Personal Servers. Authors and/or their employers shall have the right to post the accepted version of articles pre-print version of the article, or revised personal version of the final text of the article (to reflect changes made in the peer review and editing process) on their own personal servers or the servers of their institutions or employers without permission from P2SDR-LIPI, provided that the posted version includes a prominently displayed P2SDR-LIPI copyright notice and, when published, a full citation to the original publication, including a link to the article abstract in the journal homepage. Authors shall not post the final, published versions of their papers;</li><li>Classroom or Internal Training Use. Author/Employer Rights</strong></p><p>If you are employed and prepared the article on a subject within the scope of your employment, the copyright in the article belongs to your employer as a work-for-hire. Jenis NTM paling banyak yang dihadapi seperti <em>sanitary and phytosanitary</em> dan <em>technical barrier to trade</em> (SPS dan TBT) yang mengakibatkan penolakan ekspor produk perikanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak penerapan NTM produk perikanan oleh Uni Eropa, Jepang dan Amerika Serikat terhadap perekonomian Indonesia dengan menggunakan analisis <em>Global Trade Analysis Project</em> (GTAP) Versi 9. Guncangan (shock) yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kategori<em> </em>SPS untuk simulasi 1 dan TBT untuk simulasi 2. Hasil simulasi GTAP, penerapan NTM berdampak pada penurunan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia. Known as a green city, the city of Freiburg has specific attention to the fields of transportation and ecology what seek to reduce the use of private motorized vehicles through government policies and regulations. This effort was provided as a solution to government regulations to develop public transportation and promote bicycles. Cycling, which has been common in Freiburg for decades, is still an interesting topic to discuss. This study focuses on the production of discourse that was born from cycling activities in Freiburg. Besides, this study also wants to see how this cycling activity from an ecological perspective of green cities. This research was conduct using participatory observation research methods, interviews with research informants, and Internet research. The results obtained in this study show: (a) the existence of discourse on sustainable mobility in the context of green cities; (b) program forms and government regulations on cycling in Freiburg; and (c) the reality of the meaning and use of bicycles in Freiburg.
